RESTAURANT AREA – MAY 16 TO 19 | FROM 12PM TO 11PM
GASTRONOMIA LOCAL APRESENTADA NA ZONA DE RESTAURAÇÃO COMPOSTA POR QUATRO COZINHAS
Amêijoas ao bolhão pato, gambas cozidas, gambas ao guilho, arroz de marisco e sapateira recheada confecionados pelo chef Francisco Fernandes. Ceviche de peixe ou de camarão, pelo chef Kelly Mendonza, do Equador. Já a Associação Setúbal Pesca propõe sandes de choco frito, feijoada de choco, caldeirada de choco, massa de choco e o típico choco frito setubalense, acompanhado de salada e batatas fritas caseiras. As Conservas Belmar e as ostras de Setúbal da food truck Ostras Sobre Rodas são outras propostas apresentadas na Mostra de Sabores do Mar. Além dos sabores locais, há ainda para degustar lapas, bolo de caco com manteiga de alho e, como alternativa ao peixe e marisco, prego em bolo do caco.
