SEA FLAVOURS SHOW - 18 TO 21 MAY | FROM 12H00 TO 23H00

LOCAL GASTRONOMY PRESENTED IN THE RESTAURANT AREA

Clams with duck breast, boiled prawns, guilho prawns, seafood rice and stuffed crabs made by chef Francisco Fernandes. Fish or shrimp ceviche, by chef Kelly Mendonza, from Ecuador. The Setúbal Pesca Association offers fried cuttlefish sandwiches, cuttlefish bean stew, cuttlefish stew, cuttlefish pasta and the typical fried cuttlefish from Setúbal, accompanied by salad and homemade chips. The Belmar canned food and the Setúbal oysters from the Ostras Sobre Rodas food truck are other proposals presented in the Sea Flavours Show. In addition to local flavours, there are also limpets, bolo de caco with garlic butter and, as an alternative to fish and seafood, prego em bolo do caco.
